A1:	MIHANA is a specialized manufacturer of safety valves and special-purpose valves, providing high-quality products for a wide range of industrial applications.

Q2:	Where are MIHANA products manufactured?
A2:	All MIHANA products are manufactured in Japan.

Q3:	Can I order just one unit?
A3:	Yes. Since safety valves are typically designed according to specific operating conditions, MIHANA accepts orders starting from a single customized unit.

Q4:	Can MIHANA develop new products?
A4:	Yes. MIHANA's engineering and development team can design and develop new products tailored to your specific application and requirements. Please contact us to discuss your project.

Q5:	What is the warranty period?
A5:	The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of shipment.

Q6:	Can a safety valve be installed horizontally?
A6:	No. To ensure proper operation and prevent malfunction, safety valves should be installed vertically, with the inlet facing downward and the valve body in an upright position, in accordance with the installation instructions.

Q7:	Can the set pressure be adjusted on site?
A7:	In principle, the set pressure should only be adjusted by MIHANA or an authorized service provider. If adjustment is necessary, please contact MIHANA in advance. Any adjustment performed by unauthorized personnel may void the warranty, as the valve's performance cannot be verified after modification.

Q8:	What documents are provided with shipment?
A8:	Each shipment includes a Factory Test Report as standard. A Material Certificate (EN 10204 Type 3.1) can also be provided upon request.

Q9:	Can MIHANA products be used in China?
A9:	Yes. However, products used for pressure vessels and related equipment in China must comply with local regulations and be manufactured by a company holding the Manufacture License (ML) for Special Equipment. If the products are intended for the Chinese market, additional compliance requirements may apply. Please contact our sales team for further assistance.
